Adele Glenn, MBA – Vice President, Projects and Consulting, CUTEK
Adele Glenn is an experienced senior executive leader in applied research, innovation, strategy and optimization -- guiding the design and development of user-centric solutions to business problems. With over twenty years of industry experience in creative solutions for credit unions, she currently serves on the leadership team at CUTEK supporting a wide variety of credit unions throughout the United States, with a focus on R&D, behavioral economics, system dynamics, strategy consulting, and leading project teams in new and emerging technologies. Specializing in innovation and self-service project work, Adele likes to lead projects and teams with an inventive approach. Adele graduated with an NMLA designation from NAFCU, earned the ACE in Management, Leadership, Strategy, and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management, graduated from her executive MBA program with distinction, and holds Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Adele is also a Certified Cicerone (beer expert). Adele also serves on the board of Clarity Child Guidance Center, a children’s hospital focused on serving the mental health needs of children and families in south Texas. Adele volunteers with various organizations specializing in improving the lives of those of modest means and organizations with a strong focus on STEM education. Mark is involved with multiple areas of CUTEK, which includes Products, Consulting, Mergers, Project Management, and Sales (engineer). He brings over 25 years of technology experience in the Credit Union space. Mark’s journey started as a Sr.Developer for a mid size credit union in San Diego. That experience led him to a 10 year career with a leading credit union core data processing vendor, which he held positions in Product Development, Professional Services, Conversions, and Sales Engineering.
Off the field, Mark enjoys life in San Diego with his wife, college age son, pre teen daughter, and their 150lb St Bernard. If he’s not with his family, you’ll likely find him surfing, diving, or racing outrigger canoes.
