CUTEK’s Fee Manager was designed with your credit union in mind. Fee Manager removes the need for manual research,  incorrect fee reversals, and only allows designated employees to perform reversal requests.

When launched, Fee Manager will display a list of all assessed fees against the selected account any time over the past two years. With the click of a mouse, each fee needing to be adjusted can be handled by our Fee Manager making the appropriate adjustments to the member’s account, debiting the correct GL based on the type of fee assessed, and finally creating an individual record of each adjustment, thus eliminating any confusion that could result in multiple refunds or other mis-postings.
