Lead Sales Executive Job Description
Office Location: San Antonio, TX, Murrieta, CA, or TBD

Position Overview
Full-time position responsible for growing new client base, analyzing customer requests and facilitating sales of custom solutions for credit union core platforms and related 3rd party interfaces. Performs a variety of tasks and fulfills company objectives to provide highest levels of customer service. This position is based in CUTEK’s Boerne, Texas offices, Murrieta, California offices or TBD.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
​Supports clients and/or team members by providing accurate and timely service.
Responsible for effectively communicating and leading sales team for the fulfillment of current and prospect client needs.
Qualifications 
  • Identify Prospect Clients (cold calls, industry research, CRM population)
  • Qualify new sales leads (client specific research, relationship building)
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company history and baseline offerings
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system (Hubspot) and keep current by udpating account information regularly
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments (Consulting, Product, Custom Programming)
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and clients
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Able to negotiate contracts within defined parameters
  • Preparing weekly, monthly performance reports
  • Understanding and promoting company program initiatives
  • Able to answer client questions about terms, products, services, prices, and availability
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 2-4 years of sales experience
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Highly self-motivated
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems - Hubspot experience preferred
