Product and services are defined within TouchPoint and offered to members either as promoted items (car loan promotions, new checking drives) or directly through conversation with the member. Each night TouchPoint matches up these referrals to new products and services created in Episys. Incentives are tracked and calculated for both employees by type and branch types by size, as needed. Reports can show goals by employee type or branch types by size.
Employees and branches can check on their progress month to date within TouchPoint as well. Each month end, reports can be created for payroll updates and management review.
