CUTEK’s New Online Loan Membership Application Increases Business Substantially....                              Numerica Credit Union Funds 80% More Online Loan Applications with CUTEK’s Envoy Product

Spokane Valley, Washington, June 21, 2017 - Numerica Credit Union has implemented CUTEK’s newest loan membership application and the number of applications has increased by an astonishing 74%. KayCee Murray, VP of Information Technology states “Numerica is committed to fostering well- being in the lives of our members, and one way that we do that is by providing innovative ways to reduce the stress and anxiety associated with managing one’s finances. Envoy has made the loan application process easier than ever for both our existing members and potential members.’’ Envoy provides the ability to apply for loans and membership whenever and wherever they are. Additionally, the application allows the credit union to control, configure, and administer the online application process with no per-seat or per-application charges.

Due to Envoy’s responsive design, applications adapt to any desktop or mobile display size. Dawn Murray, Vice President of Sales and Client Relations at CUTEK is “excited to offer this level of online membership and loan application. Envoy provides flexibility for each credit union, including disclosures, product settings, and integrates with other CUTEK products as well as third party vendors.” Other options offered by Envoy include customized branding to match the look and feel of each credit union’s website, customized decision engine, and internal staff application workflow.


Numerica Credit Union, based out of Washington, was founded in 1937 and serves over 132,000 members with assets of over $1,870,000,000.

New Savings Product at Community Credit Union of Florida

Community Credit Union of Florida has announced the deployment of a new card round-up service to their members based on CUTEK’ s Savings Jar module. 

Jamie Affeld, Card Services Manager at CCUFL, was pleased to report an immediate and significant response to the kickoff of the CCU Debit Card RoundUp Savings Program.  A soft launch via the placement of a login message in the credit union’s online banking platform resulted in more than 50 enrollments by the time the credit union opened for business the next morning.  Gigi Williams, Technology Manager at CCUFL, reported that over 600 members enrolled within the first week. Affeld said she “received feedback from the credit union’s member-facing employees that the set-up process could not be easier.”  

This capability was a good match to the credit union’s focus on helping members find ways to regularly contribute to savings. Members benefit from the program by having debit card transactions automatically rounded up and added to their savings account each day. 

The management and Board of CCUFL are delighted at the members’ strong acceptance of the program and look forward to continued growth.

Dawn Murray, CUTEK’s VP of Sales and Client Relations, is excited to see the successful rollout of the Savings Jar service, which can also be configured to support charities selected by the credit union. “The possibilities for Savings Jar are limited only by the credit union’s imagination. There are numerous promotions like dollar matching, savings goals, and other incentives to attract members to the service.”

Community Credit Union of Florida, based in Rockledge, Florida, was founded in 1953 and serves just over 42,000 members with assets of over $607 million.

Industry Veteran Ray Rounds Joins CUTEK

Brings 30 Years of Credit Union Experience
Murrieta, Calif., February 12, 2015: CUTEK, a nationwide provider of IT services for credit unions, today announced that credit union technology veteran Ray Rounds is joining CUTEK as the company’s Vice President of Operations effective Mar. 1, 2015. Rounds was formerly the Senior Vice President of Information Services for Credit Union of Southern California, a $928M credit union based in Whittier, Calif., a position he held for nearly 17 years. Prior to that, Rounds worked at two other credit unions and was also the Product Development Manager for Symitar. Rounds brings with him a wealth of experience in credit union operations, management and compliance.
